I received my BA in Communication from the University of Colorado-Boulder before obtaining my Master of Social Work degree from the University of Michigan. I then obtained certificates in Sex Therapy and Sexuality Education from the University of Michigan's Sexual Health Certificate Program. After completing this program, I became an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist.
In my free time, I am an avid reader. I also enjoy hiking and playing outside with my two sons.
