    • MedSport’s Performance Throwing Program aims to prevent overuse injuries and optimize performance for throwing athletes. With proper instruction and guidance, most of these injuries are preventable.

    Our Approach

    The MedSport Performance Throwing program provides: 

    • Physical Therapy expertise and treatment plans designed specifically for the throwing athlete
    • Injury screening and assessment
    • An off-season arm care and conditioning plan
    • Care for recreational to elite-level athletes
