Appointment Check-In & Mobile Arrival

Get ready for your visit by updating your personal and health information and answering questionnaires before your appointment. Note that for in person visits, traditional on-site check-in services remain available if you do not have a mobile device to use.

More About Preparing for Your Visit & Mobile Arrival

  • An appointment reminder text message will be sent to the mobile phone number listed in your chart 3 days prior to your scheduled appointment.
  • After you’ve confirmed your appointment, you will receive a second text message asking you to complete pre-visit tasks.
  • Enter your zip code and date of birth, or log in using your MyUofMHealth username and password. Note: You may be asked to complete 2-factor authentication.
  • You then will have the opportunity to update information or complete questionnaires needed for your appointment.
  • You can complete pre-visit tasks up to 3 days prior to your visit. We suggest starting at least one hour before traveling to your appointment to give yourself enough time to gather information and complete all steps.

Certain pre-visit tasks (including visit specific questionnaires) may be required to start your video visit.  Please be sure to give yourself enough time before your video visit to log in to your MyUofMHealth account and complete your pre-visits tasks so you can start your appointment on time.

Use Mobile Arrival to skip the check in line for in person appointments! A message will be sent to your mobile phone number 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. When you're in the waiting area for your appointment, follow the prompts to let us know you're here.

Please note that you must complete pre-visit tasks for your appointment to use the mobile arrival service.
