Because we tailor all procedures and treatments to the individual patient, fees for services will be quoted after your doctor has had the opportunity to evaluate your needs during the consultation. You will not be pressured into scheduling surgery, and all fees will be reviewed with you in detail.

All procedures must be paid for prior to treatment. The following payment options are available:

• Insurance: Generally, insurance does not cover cosmetic services. However, if a service is designed to improve the function of the patient (i.e. to improve nasal breathing, to improve visual fields, etc.) insurance companies do generally cover some or all of the costs of these services. Please contact your insurance company for further clarification.
• Credit Cards: MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express
• Bank Checks: Accepted
• Personal Checks: Accepted if received 14 days prior to the surgical date
• Patient Financing: Our office does not provide patient financing at this time.
