    MyHPVscore™ is a reliable blood test that helps detect HPV-driven head and neck cancers. Using advanced technology, MyHPVscore™ measures fragments of circulating HPV DNA, a marker shed by cancer cells into the blood. This test is highly accurate, making it a dependable tool for uncovering HPV-positive head and neck cancers at various stages of care.

    What is human papillomavirus (HPV)?

    Human papillomavirus (HPV) is one of the most common sexually transmitted infections (STIs). It is a virus that can be spread through skin-to-skin genital contact. There are many different types of HPV. Some types cause genital warts and are called low-risk. And some types can lead to cervical, anal, or mouth (oral) cancer and are called high-risk. Other types of HPV cause common, plantar, and filiform or flat warts. These types of warts are not cancerous.

    There is no known cure for HPV, but there is a vaccine that can help protect against some types of the virus.

    What are the benefits of MyHPVscore?

    Overall, HPV ctDNA tests from plasma offer a non-invasive and sensitive approach for detecting HPV ctDNA in individuals at risk of HPV-related cancers, potentially enabling earlier diagnosis of disease recurrence and personalized management of the disease. However, it's essential to interpret the results of this lab developed test within the context of the patient's clinical history and other diagnostic findings for accurate assessment and appropriate management.
