    • At MedSport’s Golf Fitness Program, we have successfully worked with professional, collegiate, high school, and weekend golfers to improve their game, help them recover from an injury, and reduce risk of future injury.

    Our Approach

    Our program consists of golf-specific evaluations performed by Titleist Performance Institute™ Certified Medical Professionals who will identify your physical qualities and limitations. Based on the results of our evaluation, we will customize a golf program to address your needs. 

    First visit (90 minutes) 

    • Golf History / Intake 
    • Titleist Performance Institute Movement Screen 
    • Breakdown of movement screen findings 
    • Instruction of individualized home exercise program 
    • Swing evaluation (video) 

    Second visit (30 minutes) 

    • Review and modification of home exercise program (as needed) 
    • Review of video swing analysis 

    Additional appointments may be scheduled with your TPI Medical Professional if desired.
