Pharmacy By the Numbers

Our pharmacy teams at U-M Health do remarkable things every day, including caring for infants at C.S. Mott Children's Hospital, for cancer patients in our infusion clinic pharmacies and for the critically ill in the intensive care units.

The responsibilities of the Pharmacy Teams are diverse. For example, we compound thousands of sterile IV products, help patients navigate complex specialty medications, fill prescriptions and counsel patients, manage drug shortages, conduct medication related research and teach our students and residents. We are integral members of the U-M Health care team.
