Our expert team provides personalized treatment options for all breast-related needs, including preventative care, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment for breast cancer and other conditions. We have an established program with a long history of providing exceptional care to individuals with breast conditions, including breast cancer. Our integrated treatment teams work with each other to provide the best care possible for our patients. We have breast care specialists from various fields, including surgical oncology, medical oncology, genetics, pathology, radiology/breast imaging, breast reconstructive surgery, radiation oncology, gynecology, social work and nutrition.
Services
Our clinic provides care for women with benign breast conditions and those who are at high risk of developing breast cancer. Our team of breast experts provides comprehensive diagnostic services, risk assessment, and personalized care plans for women with benign or high-risk breast conditions.
Our center offers a multidisciplinary team of specialists, including surgical oncologists, medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, radiologists, and pathologists, working together to provide the best care for our patients.
Our care team provides specialized gynecologic services to those with breast cancer and BRCA or those at-risk patients. We work together with our patients to develop a personalized care plan that best suits their needs.
U-M Health provides comprehensive genetic counseling and testing for people who may be at risk for inherited susceptibility to breast cancer.
Education, counseling and support are important for every patient. We provide these services through a number of programs, including education and support groups, peer counseling, a reconstruction forum and self-examination instruction. We also provide genetic counseling for women at high-risk for breast disease.
