Our Approach
Both in and out of the operating room, our treatments are based on years of research and personal experience. We are continually evaluating new methods and therapies and rely on multidisciplinary care teams to identify the best treatment plan for individual patient needs. Our surgeons are skilled in open, minimally invasive and robotic surgical approaches, as well as microwave ablation and irreversible electroporation.

Research
Groundbreaking research is also being done by our surgeons focused on the identification of biomarkers and novel targets for treating pancreatic cancer and metastatic colon cancer to the liver under the Rogel Cancer Center at U-M Health. These research efforts fuel the development of clinical trials focused on identifying more effective therapies to treat these diseases.
