The U-M Health Comprehensive Kidney Program is a collaboration between kidney specialists and a diverse team in related clinics and services at U-M Health. Together, we diagnose, treat and teach optimal care for patients with kidney diseases at all stages.

Pharmacists oversee medication, dieticians discuss nutrition and social workers provide counseling and support.

Our General Nephrology Clinic is the gateway to initial evaluation and treatment for most patients. Our clinics specialize in glomerular diseases, inherited kidney diseases, kidney stone prevention, dialysis (including interventional and vascular access), kidney transplantation and young adults transitioning to adult health care.
