Kimberly Ronnisch is a highly accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in nursing leadership, clinical operations, strategic planning, and innovation. Currently serving as the Chief Nursing Officer at the University of Michigan Health – University Hospital & Frankel Cardiovascular Center, she has a proven track record of enhancing patient care, improving workforce strategies, and driving operational excellence.

With a Master of Healthcare Administration from Walden University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wayne State University, Kimberly is also pursuing a Doctor of Nursing Practice at Northern Kentucky University. She holds board certifications in both Holistic Nursing and Executive Nursing Practice. Throughout her career, she has led major healthcare initiatives, including workforce planning, patient throughput improvements, and innovative care models.
