Preparing for Your Video Visit

You must be physically located in the State of Michigan at the time of your scheduled Video Visit due to state law and regulations. If you cannot be in Michigan at the time of your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule.

To receive the maximum benefit of your Video Visit without delays, please review and follow the below instructions.

You will need a strong internet or cellular data connection to participate in a Video Visit. If you are in need of an internet connection, use the State of Michigan Online Map of Free Wi-Fi Hotspots to find a public Wi-Fi hotspot location near you.

Failure to prepare for your Video Visit may mean you cannot connect for your appointment.
