Aleksandar Filip Dragovic, MD

Dr. Dragovic attended the University of Michigan for both undergraduate and medical school, and after completing radiation oncology residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB), he returned to Ann Arbor to join the U of M Department of Radiation Oncology faculty in 2012. Since that time, he has held several roles in the Department of Radiation Oncology, with experience in multiple of the department’s community practice affiliates as well as at the main hospital. Dr. Dragovic was chosen to lead the department’s new clinic at the Brighton Center for Specialty Care and also to represent the BCSC Cancer Center as a whole as Physician Lead. He has taken on these roles with great joy and pride as it has been both a challenge and reward being a part of building a new cancer center. Dr. Dragovic’s vision for the BCSC Cancer Center is to become more or less an extension of the University Hospital Cancer Center- providing the highest quality multidisciplinary care to patients with a wide variety of cancer diagnoses, including the availability of clinical trial enrollment for appropriate patients. Clinically, Dr. Dragovic treats all disease sites and has a specific clinical interest in head & neck cancer, lung cancer, and stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT).
