The Patient and Family Life Services team at the Frankel Cardiovascular Center is made up of professionals with expertise in helping reduce stress related to hospitalization and illness.

How We Support You

Patient and Family Life Services is a support service within the Frankel Cardiovascular Center that helps patients and families cope with their healthcare experience. 

We understand that hospital visits and medical procedures can be stressful, and our goal is to provide comfort, compassion and support throughout your care. 

Using a holistic approach, we focus on the emotional and personal needs of patients and their loved ones alongside their medical care.

Who can benefit from patient and family life services?

Currently, services are provided for inpatient cardiac units within the Frankel Cardiovascular Center and D. Dan and Betty Kahn Health Pavilion as well as outpatient areas like the Cardiac Procedures Unit (CPU).
