Important Information (Secure Portal)
- The ACEMAPP deadline date is FINAL
- Student and instructor names must be “uploaded” into our Secure Portal System called the Account Request Tool (ART) to get access to our Health System before the deadline.
- If you upload a student or instructor late, there will be delays or errors with access.
- If a student or instructor withdraws from their practicum for any reason, they must be deleted from the Secure Portal System immediately.
