IMPORTANT! Students and instructors should be compliant prior to being on the unit. If a student or instructor is not attached to the rotation and is not compliant with ACEMAPP by the deadline, we will take action.

Important Information (Secure Portal)

  1. The ACEMAPP deadline date is FINAL
  2. Student and instructor names must be “uploaded” into our Secure Portal System called the Account Request Tool (ART) to get access to our Health System before the deadline.
  3. If you upload a student or instructor late, there will be delays or errors with access.
  4. If a student or instructor withdraws from their practicum for any reason, they must be deleted from the Secure Portal System immediately.
