HomeMed Infusion & Specialty Pharmacy helps patients receive important medications and therapies safely in the comfort of their homes.

Since 1989, we have provided infusion medications, nutrition therapy, specialty medications, chemotherapy, and more to patients throughout the state of Michigan. 

Our team of pharmacists, nurses, dietitians, and care coordinators work with you, your family, and your provider to make sure your therapy is safe, effective, and easy to understand. We provide the medications, supplies, education, and comprehensive clinical support you need throughout your treatment. Our goal is to help you get the care you need while staying comfortable at home.

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. HomeMed clinicians are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for urgent needs. 

If calling after hours, you will be directed to the hospital operator. Please identify yourself as a HomeMed patient to be connected with the appropriate clinician on call. If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please call 911.
