    Dr. Pauline Dmitriev is a board certified ophthalmologist and Cornea specialist. She completed her medical school training at the Duke University School of Medicine. She then went on to complete ophthalmology residency at the Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia, PA before coming to the University of Michigan for her fellowship in cornea, external disease, and refractive surgery.

    After completing her training, she subsequently joined the cornea faculty at the University of Michigan Kellogg Eye Center. Dr. Dmitriev diagnoses and treats a wide variety of eye disorders including cataract, cornea, and ocular surface diseases.

    Areas of Practice

    Corneal transplantation (including full thickness and partial thickness grafts), cataract surgery, secondary intraocular lens, refractive surgery including LASIK and PRK; cross linking; pterygium excision and ocular surface reconstruction (including amniotic membrane transplantation); medical and surgical management of ocular surface tumors, dystrophies, infections, and dry eye disease.
