Research Overview
My research focuses on biomarkers of treatment failure in head and neck cancer with a focus on how the immune system contributes to radiation failure. We also study how to personalize therapy in head and neck cancer to improve functional outcomes (speech and swallowing) after treatment. I run a translational laboratory as well as run clinical trials related to these areas.
