    Research Overview

    Doctor Forner's research focuses on shared decision-making within head and neck oncology, including reducing decisional conflict and regret, improving the incorporation of patient values and preferences, and developing decision aids for complex clinical scenarios. Doctor Forner also performs outcomes based clinical research to improve patient outcomes, including through patient reported outcome measures. Doctor Forner is also the Michigan site Principal Investigator on several national clinical trials.
