February 22, 2026 - "Dr. Zhao spent most of his time with me looking at the screen and notes. I had to ask him twice about a few things I've noticed while recovering from [...]. One of those items he had no response to [...], did not address it at all. The other item I mentioned was relevant to his decision to change some medications [...] but until I asked about it he did not elaborate. [...] Patient acknowledgment, interaction, and communication are essential. He didn't have a "poor bedside manner" more like little bedside manner at all."
