February 26, 2026 - "Dr. Aagesen did not read the plans of service provided by [...]. She acknowledged that the [...] she ordered was not effective but did not order any additional intervention. She provided a list of exercises that I presented to [...] and they are greatly concerned, as these are exercises that I clearly cannot perform due to my pain and functional limitations. I did inform Dr. Aagesen that I did not feel she was "hearing" my concerns. She is extremely intelligent, but I do not think she understands [...] or how [...] impacts patients."
