About
Dr. Robert Beaulieu, MD is a faculty member in the Department of Surgery Section of Vascular Surgery, treating patients at the University of Michigan Health System and at the Veteran's Administration Medical Center. He graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering, Emory University in 2011 with his Medical Degree and Johns Hopkins University in 2016 with his Masters of Science in Biomedical Engineering. He completed his general surgery residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital and his vascular surgery fellowship at the University of Michigan.
Clinical SpecializationDr. Beaulieu’s clinical interest and expertise is in complex vascular pathology, including advanced techniques in the thoracic aorta and pediatric complex vascular reconstruction.

Dr. Beaulieu’s research interests include virtual reality in vascular surgery, computational flow dynamics of aortic endografts, effect of anticoagulation and antiplatelet on peripheral and mesenteric interventions.
