August 3, 2025 - "Dr Borst started by recommending the most invasive option (a very invasive procedure) and only provided other options when pressed. Given that his condition is mild to moderate I'd expect to start with recommending the least invasive option especially given his age. I was surprised I even had to ask for it, options should have both been provided with a recommendation. I also asked for data on the liklihood of the negative outcomes she discussed and was not given them - just that it's somewhere between 5-50% (the numbers I asked about just throwing out to ask). I still have not received them."
