    Samantha Schon, MD, MTR is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She received her bachelor's and medical degree at the University of Michigan. She then completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Washington University in St. Louis. Following residency, Dr. Schon completed her fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility at the University of Pennsylvania. During this time, she also obtained a Master’s Degree in Translational Research while investigating the role of histone modifications in human sperm. In 2016, Dr. Schon returned home to UofM to join the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility.

    Dr. Schon has a special interest in the intersection of obesity and fertility. She is board certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology, Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility, and Obesity Medicine. Dr. Schon directs the Michigan Interdisciplinary Clinic for Obesity & Reproduction (MICOR).
