Dr. Dailey is dedicated to getting her patients back to the activities they love. She is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon whose practice is focused on arthritis care and treatment of knee and hip disorders, including joint replacement surgery.
Dr. Dailey was born and raised in Moline, Illinois and attended the University of Notre Dame undergraduate with a dual-major degree in Government and Pre-professional Studies (Pre-Med). After medical school at the University of Illinois in Chicago, she completed her residency in orthopaedic surgery at the University of Washington in Seattle, during which time she presented papers at orthopaedic meetings and led resident education programs. She then completed a fellowship in Adult Reconstructive Surgery at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago. Following fellowship training, Dr. Dailey operated in private practice in Marin County, California for six years. There, Dr. Dailey served as Medical Director for Total Joint Replacement, Chair of Orthopaedic Surgery, and provided care through the local community clinic to underserved patients. Dr. Dailey and her husband, Dave, a University of Michigan alumni, are grateful to return home to the Midwest to be closer to family.
Dr. Dailey develops treatment plans based on individualized planning and shared decision making with each patient. Her research interests include outcomes of total joint replacement, resident education, and quality improvement for surgical patients. She serves as the ASC Physician Lead for the Michigan Arthroplasty Collaborative Quality Initiative, creating quality improvement resources and guidance for surgery centers performing joint replacements across the state of Michigan.
