Dr. Tasha Hughes is a Clinical Associate Professor of Surgery and a surgical oncologist at the University of Michigan. Her clinical efforts are focused on the treatment of breast cancer and melanoma. She is a health services research with a program centered around provider communication, provider bias and health care safety and quality.
Dr. Hughes completed her surgical oncology training at Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and James Comprehensive Cancer Society and her residency at Rush University Medical Center and John H. Stroger Hospital of Cook County in Chicago, IL.
