About
Dr. Michael Popovich is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Michigan. He is a graduate of Tulane University School of Medicine, and he completed both his residency in Neurology and fellowship in Sports Neurology at the University of Michigan. He also has earned a MPH in Epidemiology from the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public Health. His primary clinical practice and research interests focus on sport-related concussion and headache disorders. He is a member of the University of Michigan Concussion Center, and he has served as a team physician for Eastern Michigan University athletics and a ringside physician for USA Boxing. He also practices inpatient General Neurology at Michigan Medicine and the Ann Arbor VA.
