Welcome to the NEW Ypsilanti Health Center, a cutting-edge health care center in the heart of downtown Ypsilanti.
New location opening June 2025: 300 W. Michigan Ave., Ypsilanti, MI
From advanced testing services and chronic disease management to preventative care and mental health services, the new Ypsilanti Health Center is designed to bring advanced health care closer to home for people in and around the Ypsilanti community.
Highlights of the new facility include:
- Located immediately next to the Ypsilanti Transit Center, with free on-site parking for U-M Health patients
- More than three times the size of the former Ypsilanti Health Center
- Additional specialty care clinics, allowing for patients to see primary care and specialty care providers from the same location
- Advanced imaging capabilities previously unavailable in downtown Ypsilanti
- Expanded on-site MLab services for patients to access on-site lab testing

Where will I park?
Free parking for patients is available in the building’s parking deck, which you can access from Pearl St. Limited metered parking is also available on W. Michigan Ave. The new Ypsilanti Health Clinic is also right next to the Ypsilanti Transit Center for convenient access from public buses. How will I know if my appointment is at the old Ypsilanti Health Center location or the new location?
We have not finalized the date of the official opening of the new Ypsilanti Health Center on W. Michigan Ave. We expect to start seeing patients at the new location in early May. If you are concerned about whether your appointment is at the W. Michigan Ave. location or the Arnet St. location, we recommend checking your appointment information online through the MyUofMHealth Patient Portal. If you do not have portal access, you can also call your clinic to confirm your appointment location. Clinic phone numbers will not be changing. View our Ypsilanti Health Center clinic phone numbers.
Will my doctor from the Arnet St. location be at the new W. Michigan Ave. location?
We are thrilled that most of our physicians will be moving with us from the old location to the new Ypsilanti Health Center, in addition to many more specialists and subspecialists! If your physician will not be seeing patients at the new location, you will be contacted directly.
