Dr. Margie Andreae is a Professor of Pediatrics and Chief Medical Officer for Revenue Cycle and Billing Compliance for the University of Michigan Medical Center. She has maintained a busy general pediatric practice throughout her career and is a recipient of the Dean’s Award for Clinical Excellence and a member of Inaugural League of Clinical Excellence at the University of Michigan Medical School.

Research Overview
Dr Andreae's scholarly work focuses on examining immunization policy and vaccine safety in the US and abroad. She has been a co-investigator on World Health Organization funded studies in this area and presented results of these studies at national and international scientific meetings. She has authored many peer-reviewed publications on immunization policy. In addition, she has a scholarly interest in physician compensation and payment models, and has published in this area, provided national symposia and served as a consultant to other health systems.
