Dr. Orizondo earned her medical degree from the University of Michigan (2010), and completed her residency training at West Suburban Medical Center in Oak Park, Ill. (2013). She practices as part of the integrative medicine team at Briarwood Family Medicine. She is fluent in Spanish and her interests include preventative health care and medical education.
In addition to her work in primary care at Domino's Family Medicine, Dr Orizondo works with groups of physicians taking care of Migrant Farm workers in nearby communities and serves as a primary care consultant to the Comprehensive Gender Services Program. She also enjoys teaching in the medical school as part of the Doctoring Program and Residency Prep Course.
