January 10, 2026 - "Dr Romo came into the exam room and started to talk very rapidly. He seemed to have already made up his mind about the course of treatment. I know he is experienced and knows his stuff. But he did not seem to want to explain procedures or purposes. He included several options but they seemed to overlap. [...] It just SEEMED like he did not want to listen to me. He may have been, but the impression I got was he wanted to do all the talking. I was not compelled to follow his direction."
