It's not as common as it should be to have a doctor come into the room and announce that a patient is allergic to something before a procedure. I am used to having to point it out, which I had, but it was great to have it reinforced. Allergies should always been reviewed before a procedure!"

April 27, 2025 - "I felt the visit was not rushed, even for an "extended" visit, and I was offered [...] the same day, which I was not expecting. I like that Dr. Berri took my multitude of problems into consideration, and is an out-of-the-box thinker. You have to be with ultra complex patients. I did get the feeling that he thought I was playing Dr. Google, which is not the case, but this is common. I am still willing to continue seeing and so I can see where this goes."

In both of them, he appeared to have reached a diagnosis within 4 minutes of the visit; he did some routine examination but it was very cursory as if checking some boxes on a checklist. Did not really paid attention to my concerns [...] I do not like his attitude; he comes off as all knowing and not at all interested in why I was referred to this clinic in the first place. He has provided good advice in terms of activities I can do that have been useful. And I am grateful for that. I wish he could improve and become more attuned to his patients."
