February 17, 2026 - "Dr. Kuzon seemed very uninterested in discussing or talking about my problem with me. Before he entered the room I heard him say outside the door, " This patient should have never been scheduled" then he entered. Not for sure if he was talking about me, but if that was the case it matches why he seemed annoyed and uninterested when he started talking to me. Also right off the bat he stated the insurance was not going to pay for my surgery, without even trying to submit it to insurance first. My issue was seeking a[...] correction from a botch [...] done [...] by a surgeon. He clearly did not want to deal with me or my case and it was very evident. He examined me and never told me what his findings were. This whole consultation was frustrating and upsetting to me, especially because we drove almost 2 hours to see him. I was born and raised in Ann Arbor, (U of M) as well as delivered all of my children there, and had multiple surgeries myself there. I don't ever remember U of M being so indifferent, very disappointing!"
