Recent scholarly work is mostly focused on medical education. Earlier work included research and educational materials on antipsychotic medications, psychotic disorders (especially schizophrenia), borderline personality disorder, and medical ethics, including over 100 peer-reviewed journal articles, book chapters, and web-based presentations, including 2 Up-to-Date topics, and The Psychiatric Hospitalist.
