    Dr. Lyu attended medical school at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, Nashville, TN and completed an Internal Medicine residency in the Osler Medical Service at Johns Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore, MD. Later, he completed a fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine from the University of Colorado Health Sciences, Aurora, CO. Next, he completed another fellowship in Lung Transplantation also from the University of Colorado Health Sciences. Afterwards he worked as an Instructor of Medicine, Assistant Professor, and most recently Associate Professor in Lung Transplant and Pulmonary/Critical Care Medicine at the University of Colorado Health Sciences. In 2017, Dr. Lyu joined the University of Michigan Health System as a Clinical Associate Professor in the Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine.
