December 28, 2025 - "Dr Kato was very thorough. He listened intently to any answers to questions he gave me and presented a lot of information - assuring me that I would be able to get a summary or the notes and what he was telling me. Getting notes rather than having to take notes about a new condition or change made it easier to listen and ultimately understand the goals and tests and reasons for all of his lab orders and plans on how we would proceed after the initial visit. I also appreciated his genuine smile and eye contact, and his "serious look" also was reassuring.He took every question I asked and answered it thoughtfully without rushing."
