He didn't jump in with an immediate bandaid to the problem, but certainly assured me one was there, if needed. Instead, he suggested a plan to get more data in the next month, to gain insight into the root nature of the issue, and more targeted remedies. I really appreciated that approach. You can so easily be rushed through with a simple fix to the problem, but Dr. Bhandiwad presented a more comprehensive and effective approach. He also did so with kindness and compassion. I felt I was valued and cared for as a human being, which I greatly valued."
