In addition, her manner is incredibly empathetic making a patient feel listened to and cared for. She is extremely efficient, hearing each thing I said and making note of it, reading the notes I wrote in the initial questionnaire patients receive and ordering meds that needed to be refilled with a new pharmacy without me even noticing. She looked into my file before seeing me so she knew my history to save us both time.
