About
Dr. Bhave is a general cardiologist and echocardiographer with an interest in clinical informatics. A graduate of Harvard Medical School, she completed her internal medicine residency at Massachusetts General Hospital. At the University of Chicago, she completed fellowships in cardiovascular medicine and advanced cardiac imaging, including three-dimensional echocardiography and cardiovascular magnetic resonance. She joined the faculty at U-M Health in 2013 and serves as the Associate Chief Medical Information Officer for Cardiology. In her work with the Michigan Medicine kidney and liver transplant programs, she sees patients both pre- and post-transplant. She is active in several professional societies, including the American College of Cardiology and the American Society of Echocardiography. She is passionate about providing high-quality, high-value care.
