January 23, 2026 - "I had an exceptionally good experience with Dr. Sturm. [...] this is the first time anyone was not only willing to take action, but do it quickly, as if my health/life might actually matter. [...] I was referred to him with one issue, and I didn't have to plead my case as to why it might matter in order for him to investigate, and I got to feel human again."
January 3, 2026 - "[...] Dr. Sturm did listen to me a bit, but he didn't ask any questions for clarification [...]. I did mention to him I've already tried [...] and can't figure out any triggers, and gave him as much personal information as possible, but he did not seem very invested in having a conversation with me. Thankfully, I am grateful he did put in some orders for me [...], but he was out the door leaving 15 minutes into our appointment and didn't ask if I had any questions or needed any clarification. He overall seemed like he wanted to get the appointment done asap. I'm grateful he reviewed my chart and had put in some orders, but if he could care a little more and ask me questions maybe we could get somewhere with more understanding."

He answers all of my questions but I did have to ask a lot of follow ups in order to understand why we were taking certain next steps. It would be helpful if he listened a little more to my questions to understand where I was confused or presented the options with pros/cons more clearly. But overall I am very happy the care I received."
