    Yu Kuei Alex Lin is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine, Division of Metabolism, Endocrinology & Diabetes (MEND). After earning his medical degree at Poznan University of Medical Sciences, Poland, he completed his Medicine Residency at Beth Israel Medical Center, NY, and Endocrinology fellowship at Cleveland Clinic, OH. Dr. Lin joined the faculty at Michigan in 2019.

    Dr. Lin is a clinical diabetes researcher with research focuses on characterizing hypoglycemia (including evaluating impaired awareness of hypoglycemia and unhelpful hypoglycemia beliefs and management behaviors and their associations with hypoglycemia developments) and devising and testing behavioral interventions for improving hypoglycemia self-management. Dr. Lin’s clinical practice focuses on diabetes and general endocrinology.
