About
Dr. Rogers is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery specializing in Hand, Upper Extremity, and Microvascular disorders at the University of Michigan Medical School. Dr. Rogers completed her Master of Biomedical Sciences at Tufts University of Medicine, followed by her Medical Doctorate training at the same institution in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Rogers completed postgraduate training in Orthopaedic Surgery in Salt Lake City, Utah at the University of Utah and her subspeciality training in Hand & Microvascular Surgery at the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington.
Before completing her medical training, Dr. Rogers was engaged in clinical research at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Joslin Diabetes Center in Boston, Massachusetts. She continued her research training and efforts throughout medical school and her postgraduate training. Dr. Rogers is focused on understanding how to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction after surgical interventions while delivering cost-effective medical care. Dr. Rogers is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, as well as the American Association for Hand Surgery and the American Society for Surgery of the Hand. She enjoys running, fishing, camping, hiking, and backpacking.
