August 7, 2025 - "I was unclear before the procedure that it was the first of THREE diagnostic procedures I would need. I had assumed I would have one procedure but afterwards Dr. Rastogi said my insurance required 3 tests. I don't know if I would have committed to the first one if I'd known that. I found the procedure to be quite painful and I need to have a further discussion with the clinic to decide whether to go forward and if there are other alternative treatments."

Rather than listening with empathy and conducting a professional evaluation, I was met with skepticism, interruptions, and a tone that made me feel belittled and disrespected.
