Research Overview
My research focuses on identifying and improving different mechanisms of health care delivery to stretch the reach of the limited pediatric subspecialty workforce. I am especially interested in the use of patient/parent reported outcomes and telemedicine for children who live far away from academic medical centers like the University of Michigan.

May 14, 2025 - "Dr. Meredith Riebschleger is wonderful. She takes time to ask my kid questions, has patience while listening to her responses, and follows up with clarifying questions when necessary. Dr. Meredith does a thorough physical exam on my child at each visit, even if she's feeling ok. A couple times she has spotted a couple tiny signs of breakthrough illness that we were not aware of and checks on those at the next appointment. Her vast knowledge of the uncommon illness my child has, her vigilance, and her helping me as a parent with what to keep an eye out for and when to reach out to her, I feel like has contributed to how well managed the illness is right now. I'm so grateful that my kid is able to do many everyday kid activities again!"
