About
Stacy Menees, MD, MS, is an Associate Professor of Internal Medicine at Michigan Medicine, and is the Associate Chief of Gastroenterology at the Ann Arbor Veterans Administrations Health System. She received her medical degree from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. She completed her Internal Medicine residency and Gastroenterology fellowship at the University of Michigan. Dr. Menees is trained in advanced endoscopy and performs EUS. She additionally completed a one-year Women's Health fellowship with the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Michigan. In 2009, Dr. Menees returned to the University of Michigan with a joint appointment at the Ann Arbor Veterans Hospital. She completed her master's degree in Clinical Research Design and Statistical Analysis at the University of Michigan School of Public Health in 2011. Dr. Menees is involved in a very active clinical research group and has received funding from federal and private sources. She has authored more than 63 manuscripts and previously served on the ASGE Research committee and AGA GTE committee.

My clinical interests are endoscopic ultrasound, colorectal cancer screening, fecal incontinence, constipation, and women's health.
