About
Andrew Harris is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine focusing on heart valve disease, general cardiovascular medicine and echocardiography. He is also a member of a multidisciplinary heart valve team.
He received his undergraduate degree from Middlebury College in Middlebury, VT and medical degree from the University of Vermont College of Medicine. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Washington in Seattle, WA and served as Chief Medical Resident at the University of Washington Medical Center. He completed his fellowship in Cardiovascular Medicine at the University of Washington, with specialized training in echocardiography and valvular heart disease.
Dr. Harris’ expertise includes the care of patients with heart valve disease, echocardiography to make diagnostic and treatment decisions, and medical education. He is passionate about forming an active partnership with patients and educating them about their condition so that they can make informed decisions about their health.
