    Dr. Gagnet is a dual trained orthopedic oncologist and spine surgeon that treats patients at the Ann Arbor center. He grew up in Toledo, Ohio and completed his undergraduate training at Franciscan University of Steubenville. He then went on to complete medical school and earn his M.D. at The University of Toledo College of Medicine. Following medical school, he completed his orthopaedic surgical residency at the University of Michigan, where he developed a passion for both orthopedic oncology and spine surgery. He then went on to complete an orthopedic oncology fellowship at The Mayo Clinic in Rochester Minneosta, where he was trained in spine, pelvis, and extremity tumors. This was followed by a combined orthopedic-neurosurgery spine fellowship at The Cleveland Clinic, where he was trained in all aspects of adult spine surgery.

    Dr. Gagnet specializes in all aspects of musculoskeletal oncology care including upper and lower extremity tumors, pelvic tumors, and spine tumors.

    Dr. Gagnet enjoys serving patients with a cancer diagnosis and is a previous sarcoma survior himself. When he is not at the hospital, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children.
