About
Dr. Conyers received her undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Michigan. She did her residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at Brown. She subsequently completed a General Internal Medicine fellowship with a focus on medical education at Johns Hopkins. Dr. Conyers is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. She enjoys running and exploring nature with her husband and two young children.
