The Michigan Medicine Release of Information office is temporarily closed during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. If you have a Patient Portal account (MyUofMHealth), you can submit requests for copies of medical records from the portal. If you do not have an account, click here for instructions on how to create a MyUofMHealth account. If you have any questions regarding the patient portal, you can call the help desk at 734-615-0872
