General Surgery at Livonia Center for Specialty Care

The U-M Health System's General Surgery faculty at the Livonia Center for Specialty Care sees patients with a range of general surgical problems that can be treated on an ambulatory basis, such as:

  • lipomas
  • sebaceous cysts and other skin and subcutaneous lesions
  • inguinal hernia
  • umbilical and epigastric hemias
  • anorectal problems, such as fistula in ano
  • hemorrhoids
  • pilonidal cysts
  • viral warts

Patients needing inpatient care will be treated at the U-M Health System in Ann Arbor.
